Steve Daria (BK3030453) – Seasoned REALTOR® since 2002. Real Estate Broker and co-founder of Maxim LLC with his sister Jennifer since 2006. Steve is a certified distressed property expert in successfully listing and selling Short Sales and REO’s, helping over 100 people locally avoid foreclosure. Steve has been a real estate investor since 2001.
Joleigh Prevel (SL3316654) – Seasoned REALTOR® since 2015. Real Estate Investor since 2015. Joleigh started her career in 2003 in the title industry transaction real estate deals before becoming a licensed agent. She has a keen eye on property design and easy ways to stage a home to become more sellable in very economical ways.

Jennifer Brown (BK3133557) – Seasoned REALTOR® since 2005 and co-founder of Maxim LLC with her brother Steve since 2006 which they grew to 2 offices with over 60 agents. She is a licensed Broker Associate since 2022 and Investor since 2000. She has leased thousands of properties for both small and institutional investors.
Steve Brown (SL3644374) – Real Estate Agent since 2025. Real estate investor since 1994. Licensed Master Electrician Since 2014. Steve has a strong understanding of construction and the ability to convey those features (which are not readily observable) to prospective buyers and on listings for sale.
